^This. I cannot recommend this cleanser enough. My derm said to use it and it's great! I have very sensitive skin. :)

There are lots of "walk at home" type workouts/DVDs/youtube videos you could use when the weather is bad :)
-
@glassyo You mean there's hope??? :)
-
Honestly, rest is best when you are ill. However, if you absolutely cannot stand the rest, just walking is beneficial.

SideSteel knows his stuff. Take his words to heart. :)

HRMs are for tracking steady state cardio only. It is important to note that HRMs are not accurate for weight lifting and will not give you an accurate burn. They are also not meant for HIIT. Temperature extremes and daily burn tracking (e.g. I wear it all day to find out what I should be taking in) are also inaccurate.…

Thanks for taking the time to write this out! Much appreciated :)

These look amazing! I am not sure what this place is, so I doubt there is one near me. I will live vicariously through you though, ha ha. :)

Wow! Thanks for posting this! Your progress is amazing. The scale is such a dirty liar, but it can be so hard to ignore. Thanks for the reminder. :)

@spacequiztime I wouldn't say it is messed up badly. I would say that, for the ridiculously expensive price, that people expect more. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't worth it either. The amount of cookie dough pieces was lacking and it didn't have a lot of chips like the Hazelnut. The base didn't make up for the lack of…

Reporting back with rankings on the Talenti: 1. Hazelnut Chocolate Chip 2. Caramel Cookie Crunch 3. Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough The cookie dough was, as previously mentioned, a huge letdown. I wouldn't buy that flavor again. However, the other two, I would be willing to repurchase! :)

Happy to hear it was good! I may have to pick some up once my stock of frozen veggies runs out :)

This! I personally used the Podrunner Intervals podcasts though, which follow the C25K program. :)

Think of it this way: MFP was encouraging you to exercise your body AND your brain! Ha ha :) It took me a long time to figure out I could weigh the entire after-cooked meal in a recipe and set the total weight as the number of servings, leaving me with 1 serving = 1 gram allowing me to weigh out whatever portions I wanted.…

@bellaa_x0 Dark Chocolate + Mint = Right up my alley! I really need to visit Trader Joe's one of these days, but Wegmans is so awesome I just never bother to make the drive to the only TJ in the area...
-
@Triplestep Thanks for sharing! I will definitely keep these in mind when I run out of old-formula Quest. I really like Thin Mints! :)
-
@roxyish71 Yum! :)

Well, I guess I will treat it as if I am eating the plain vanilla variety and avoid the sadness lol. Thanks for the warning! YAY! So glad you love the hazelnut. It was the one I was looking forward to the most. <3

Me too :(
-
@piheart I thought about picking up the Celestial Gingerbread when I saw it at the store, but I tend towards loose leaf. Is it good? :)
-
Ha ha! Thanks for the warning. Ooooo I love Cheez-Its/Goldfish. I will have to check these out!
-
I will have to as well, once my current hoarded Quest boxes run out...
-
If only that actually worked with everyone... ha ha. Good luck! :)

Tops had Talenti on sale 3 for $10. I balked at the price at first, since Perry's was ALSO on sale 3 for $10 ha ha. However, I have been wanting to try Talenti for a long time now. Last night, I had some of the Caramel Cookie Crunch Gelato: OMG sooooooo good. <3 Soft/creamy and not too sweet. I am excited to try the other…

@vinegar_husbands Sorry they weren't tasty :( However, your description of your displeasure made me LOL :)
