I've been doing 30mins on the treadmill on a morning before work 2 times a week for the past 4 weeks. First few times I felt totally wrecked afterwards. Gotten used to it now, alternating the days really shocks me on a morning and feel pretty good afterwards. Having a "can-do" and determined attitude really helps though!

Sounds really painful! Get some expert advice and take it easy. A few warm baths and some light stretching may help.

Wait! I thought this was a site to help each other with diet tips, encouragement and general get fit advice. Commenting on how good looking somebody might be or how you find them physically appealing is "ok" imo. However, guys if you are married, in a relationship, whatever keep it clean. Christ sake!!

My fibre intake daily consists of some form of muesli with oats and fruit. Apple and a Banana. Brown rice sometimes through the day or a baked taty!

Had a Mitisubishi GTO for 7 years. Loved every minute of ownership and all the modifications that I did to the engine, eventually hitting 428 Bhp. The car was stolen from my house via a break in in 2009 :(. Not seen it since. Sad times. I now drive a peugeot 406 diesel coupe!
