Diet help - guidance

Hi guys,
would somebody with a pretty good diet routine/experience have a look at my diet over the past few days and see where I am at? I'm mixing up my meals a little bit so I don't get bored eating the same thing day in day out. I am however feeling really bloated at the moment, but also hungry. Quite a strange feeling.
It might be a possible gluten intolerance. My stomach felt great this morning when I woke up, no bloating at all and can definitely see the begging of a 6 pack when I was stretching this morning. I had 30G of Oats this morning for breakfast, around 45mins later I felt like a whale and my stomach bloated up, to the point where I feel I have to "hold it in".
I guess instead of the oats and none fat milk on a morning I could go for egg whites and a banana or possibly try whole wheat bread toasted with Avocado?
