Since you don't eat eggs, this may not be ideal, my usual breakfast these days:

    coffee
    half and half (1g protein)
    1 egg (6g protein)
2 slices of trader joe's sprouted 7 grain bread (10g protein)
2 tbs natural peanut butter (9g protein)
    1 tbs reduced sugar jam

    450 calories, 26g protein, 30g carb, 9g fiber.

    3/4 cup of egg beaters
    1 turkey sausage patty
    2/3 cup of hash browns
    1 slice of american cheese
a few onions in my eggs

If you weren't anti-egg, you could make a smoked salmon, cream cheese and dill scramble. DELICIOUS. The protein varies according to how much of each ingredient you use... but, it has LOTS.

Maybe a high protein cereal, milk and a snack of beef jerky later? I'm newly addicted to beef jerky... the salt is the only downer.

Kashi Go Lean has 13g of protein per serving. Add some greek yogurt and you are set for an eggless breakfast.

I second the Greek yoghurt thing, just make sure it's plain and non fat and you can mix it with fruit and a low fat cereal. Also I don't like eggs much but I much prefer egg whites. Have you tried just buying egg whites? I cup would be 28g protein and there's no fat or anything in there. Make up an egg white omelette...mmm tasty!
  • I use a Labrada protein shake that has 30 grams of protein for only 190 calories. They are good too :)

can of tuna is about 25 g.
add greek yogurt isntead of mayo and thats another 5-10 g
and then you can add some cheese to it (super yummy btw) which will add another 5-7 g.

you can eat it cold lk this, or add an egg (or egg white) and turn them into lil patties and cook them up. :D
its hot n cheesy n awesome. i usually hv it for lunch but i'll eat anything for breakfast. lol

Breakfast casserole (eggs, sausage, potatoes of your choice and green chilies, also tasty with chorizo), two eggs and two pieces of bacon with guacamole, or leftovers from the night before usually steak or chicken and sauteed veggies.

You could have non breakfast foods for breakfast.

Or you could find a high protein cereal & maybe have some greek yogurt with it.

I'm not a fan of Greek yogurt, but sometimes I eat cottage cheese with fruit for breakfast, 16g protein in 1/2 cup.

I like to mix up some berries with cottage cheese. I HATE cottage cheese but if I overload it with berries, I can stomach it. So I do 1/2 cup of strawberries, 1/2 cup of blackberries, 1/2 cup of blueberries and 1/2 cup of raspberries with 1/2 cup of cottage cheese. Sometimes I add some whole wheat toast with peanut butter. It's yummy and adds a little bit more protein.

I have a cup of cottage cheese some mornings with some fruit (canned or fresh). I also may add a slice of bread \ eng muffin with a tbsp of peanut butter.

Have you tried 'lunch or dinner' for breakfast? I agree on the eggs - I started out eating them all the time and some days it is all i can do to look at one...

I know you prefer no eggs but i made egg muffins last night... I used a carton of egg whites, sauteed zuccini, squash, mushrooms, bell pepper, and onions in EVOO, garlic powder and a little salt, a 1/2 cup of 2% milk, and a 1/2 cup cheese. Poured into muffin tins and backed for 25 mins in a 400 degree oven. Even my husband loved the ones he took to work today and he is picky when it comes to food prepared ahead of time. It made 19 muffins with about 48 calories a piece.
