Early 30's slip!

Hi all! I'm Robbie, I guess that's all I need to say on this line.

I've generally been fit most of my life, but have let my self go a little bit over the past 2 years, mostly down to fear of dislocating my knee (again) or ending up on a stretcher due to pulled back!

I'm just a little overwieght, I don't "look fat", however I feel it. I'm probably what's described "skinny fat". I'd love to hit 10% body fat and get my abs back! Motivation and diet help would be appreciated. I've made my diet diary public, so if you wouldn't mind taking a look it would be appreciated!

I generally eat healthy, however I guess binging on a weekend with a takeaway and nights out drinking copious amounts of alcohol have not helped over the past few years. My new routine consists of 5 gym sessions a week (3 morning and 2 nights) whilst also recording what I eat, I can't eat the same thing everyday, it would drive me insane so I'm trying to mix it up a bit with 6 small meals a day.

Thanks for reading!!

Ahhh, the early 30s stumble... We also have a metabolism shift that hits right around 31-33 area too. We're not as young as we used to be!

Sounds like you have some good game plans for the years ahead. Good luck to you!
