  • Muscle weights 3 times more than fat, so if your excersizing you might be gaining MUSCLE which means it will be heavier than the fat, an accurate account would be to keep measurements, I bet any money your loosing inches, don't rely too heavily on the scales, it can dishearten you, keep measurements still to your calorie…

  • No 620 calories is fine! You just have to watch your overall calories for the day so If your calories go over for a day then you need to start restricting someware but If not eat your heart out! :) xoxo
  • I want to loose 120 lbs, which is pretty much another person I started about 253, ive already lost 21 so now I only have to loose 99 in the double figure yeyyy :D Im 5'8 / 21 and I want to do it in a year if possible!
  • mines open, some are empty because of holiday so you have to skip back, I have alot of veg and chicken, and protein but I always have a chocolate bar, I try stick to 1,200 calories but always go over a little :) xoxo

  • Yea it was a slip up on my behalf, the first takeaway was a grilled chicken wrap with garlic, so I didn't think It was that bad :( the second was a pizza, which I didn't enjoy, definatly not having takeaways, there going to be a treat once a month! x

  • Thank you! , Yess unfortunately for me I found out a little too late, the only reason they tested was because I had put on 6 stone so rapidly, Im not on the right dosage just get (50 micrograms just to start) But ive lost weight already! and will continue too loose weight! :D :) thank you for your support! xoxo
