Go to www.halfmysize.com and they have some great crock pot meals that are very low cal in my opinion :-)

I'm no expert on bowl movements however, it is my opinion that if ur eating more fiber and less carbs u should be going more often. I know since I've started eatin all this fiber I'm regular like clock work.lol Hope u figure it out.

To Sarah4454 : So if ur HRM says more than ur BMR shows on here if u didn't have the pulse abnomalities would u consider the 200 difference to be extra burned calories above and beyond ur exercise?

Ok...maybe I misunderstood. I thought the BMR tells us how many calories our body burns in a day by doing nothing above and beyond our normal day to day stuff without exercise. Is this not correct? If it is correct then my prior question is still the same.

I take a multi-vitamin. I've gone the pill route before and without learning the correct way to eat and manage my portions the weight always came back. This time I'm doing it the correct way. I've been with MFP for 2 weeks now and YES...I've been gassy to say the least.lol My hubby just chuckles and says "Damn baby...u are sexy" then of course we both laugh. The other it happened in public and I was mortified but then my hubby totally took the blame. God luv that man cause I sure do!

Thanks for the replies :-) I lookedd under cardio but didn't see anything listed. I will look again under riding mower. I don't have a HRM....I'm assuming thats a heart rate monitor. Do u have to order them online?

I try not to eat mine but if I go over one day it's nice to know that with my exercise I didn't do too much damage :-)
