Hello :-)

I am wondering what happens to all the skin once we loose this weight? I have about 60 pounds to loose. I'm new on here. Friday will be 2 weeks. I have degeneritive disc disease with 5 in my lumber and 2 in my neck that are very bad. It keeps me from doing much exercise except walking. Three different surgeons agree that walking is about it for me. I have a couple new buddies on here that have lost a whole person of weight and they look great but they also work out VERY hard to tone up. What can I do? I am open to all suggestions. A trainer who is familiar with my type of issues is way out of my budget so I need to do this on my own.

Thanks for takin the time to read this :-)

With 60lb to lose, I wouldn't worry too much about it. Moisturise plenty, and get what exercise you can. Your skin might feel a little soft when you hit goal, but it will sort itself out with time.

The big issue with loose skin is more for people with a very large amount of weight to lose (over 100lb) and typically those who lose very quickly.
