I have one on my back and don't regret it. I would like to have more but my OH does not agree :-( Smallish ones are best and in discreet places. Try and find a reputable place to get one, I asked around my friends until a girlfriend gave me the name of a place she'd been to that was hygenic.

Hi, I have cut out carbs in so much as I no longer eat bread, pasta, anything with wheat, rice or potatoes or cereals. I still eat fruit and veggies which give you some carbs. I'm also trying to follow the principles of Paleo so I've also cut out diary. My diet basically consists of meat, veggies, nuts, eggs, fish and…

I do Body Pump regularly 1-2 per week and it's a pretty intense workout especially for arms. When you start out it's important to use the lightest weights and to make sure you get a good stretch at the end. It's worth it though once you get past that phase, if you stick at it you'll see results pretty quickly.

I also am a porridge lover. Usually I add banana or fruit or raisins or blueberries. For a treat I add one small square of dark chocolate and let it melt. That's heavenly.

I have had one for about 1 month now. I wear it all the time. It syncs automatically with MFP. I log all my usual exercising with MFP but use this to tell me how many cals I'm burning with just my normal activity. Its a great little tool.

Mission Impossible III last night. 5/10.

Just watched the first episode of season 2 tonight. Excellent TV. Pity that they killed off Sean Bean's caracter but never mind. Some really interesting characters like Daenerys and Tyrion but I must admit have a soft spot for Jon Snow..

If I were you I would definately take measurements. I have seen only a small drop on the scales over the past month but big changes is measurements that I might not have noticed if I hadn't been tracking them.

Great stuff. I just figured out how to play the 30DS DVD on my computer (UK DVD + French computer = they didn't want to talk to each other + me being IT challenged. But that's all fixed). Hope I see results like yours!

Hiya, I'm also 5'5. Starting weight was 149lb and I'm down to 139 after 2 months on MFP. Plan to lose another 8lb and then amend my goals after that. Feel free to friend me if you want.

Hi Sarah, Good luck with MFP. I am also 5'5. When I started with MFP I was looking to lose about 8-10kg and I'm nearly half way there after 2 months. Goal weight is 58-60kg but I'll see about that when I get there. Until now it's going well. It was a bit slow to start off with but now it's running fine. I find using this…
