Another Newbie!

:flowerforyou: My name is Christina. I'm starting this because my weight loss seems to go better when I log everything. It's amazing how all those "it's just one (insert snack)" add up. But when I have to be accountable and write them all down I start seeing the extra unnecessary calories. I've been doing martial arts for 3 1/2 years and I do NOT look the part. Hopefully this helps me to stay away from the junk food and maybe, just maybe, I might even get out of bed in the morning to exercise!

    Welcome to MFP! That junk food is a tough on to kick isn't it? My vise is those oh so tastey microbrews.....Been doing pretty darn good though! Only a few a week and like you said, logging it, holds me accountable for those empty calories.
