I'm 6'0 tall and I was in a tight 16 at my highest point, now down to 14. I think I would feel best in a 12. I want a size/weight that will be realistic to maintain.

I have typically go ahead and work out if the cold is above the neck, i.e. head cold, but if it's in the lungs, I give myself some time to recover.

I coat it in taco seasoning, top with salsa, bake 25 minutes at 350, take out and top with 2% cheese, bake 5 more minutes. Super easy and delicious.

I, like you, have developed a real love of cycling, just this past spring/summer. I bought a road bike and get on it as much as possible. I have ridden around 700 miles this season and have a goal of doing the RAGBRAI ride across Iowa next summer.
