it will be tough, but Ignore the scale for a month. Keep working out and eating well. I overthought everything in the initial 6 months,,now I don't. It's just one less thing to worry about.

It took me 2 months of no exercising & moderate over eating to show fat on tummy & thighs, which went down in 2 weeks of exercising.. maybe its water weight what you are seeing..

Congratulations Mommy :) Now, about workouts & lack of time, you can try 1) Turbo Fire HIIT workouts.. There are exercise for 15 - 20mins. You can easily fit it in. 2) Do calisthenics at home - loads of videos available online 3) buy weights & workout at home

When I joined MFP last year, I was scared to eat back my exercise cals! As time passed, I began eating back my exercise cals! Now a days, I almost eat all my exercise cals back, my weight keeps doing +1 or -1 but I can see inch loss!!! N thats what matters!

Nop. Never. Not once. I may have felt like, Oh I dont feel like exercising today or I feel like pigging out & I have..... but giving up- NEVER! I cheat, pig out, not exercise & get back to exercising & eating right the very next day.

I love Turbo Jam and its more fun than Turbo fire for me! I try to do 3 continuous Cardio Party workouts in a week and 3 days its lower body- TF Core 20, TF- Abs, totally tubular turbo.. It took me 2 months to see a visible difference, but WHAT A DIFFERENCE!

The quantity is a little less than half cup & insanely delicious. you can have it as a snack or to eat at breakfast use yogurt made of skimmed milk. substitute nuts with lots of fruits. but yes, first bite of this combo in the morning pepped me up.
