Calisthenics - Not sure if moderate or vigorous effort

Hey, so I just did this "100 Challenge":
• 100 jumping jacks
• 90 crunches
• 80 squats
• 70 leg lifts
• 60 jumping jacks
• 50 crunches
• 40 squats
• 30 leg lifts
• 20 jumping jacks
• 10 superman
This is calisthenics, yes? Also, how do I know if I did a light/moderate effort, or vigorous effort?

I sort of feel as though I'm going to throw up, if that's any indication. I'm not a real sweat-er, but my sweat level was about moderate for me.0

Definitely vigorous!
The moderate MFP calorie count is way too low (although the vigorous one is quite high so be careful not to overestimate)0 -

it also depends on your speed & time taken. if your heart was racing, its vigorous..0
