How to Log in the Cals for Lower Body Exercises??
I dont have a HRM & use MFP to calculate the approximate amount of calories burned during an exercise. If I am doing Turbo Jam- Lower Body Jam (squats, lunges, kicks etc) - 30mins, which option should I use in the database?? I dont think the "kickboxing (inc turbo jam) applies in this category.
