9 days - 2 kgs.. possible?? anybody???

I know I should not aim for more than 2lbs in a week but Iv been stuck on my weight of 64kgs for 2 weeks now..

1. it all started with a party, things got so hectic at work n den went out of town for that party - I didnt count cals or exercise for 4 days
2. now a major festival is around the corner n mum's making al kinds of sweets at home (m stayin away from them), missed 2 workouts this week coz iv been working late n cmin home at 10pm..

My aim was to be 62 kgs as of 1st Nov n m stuck at 64 since 2 weeks n 5 days.. ofcourse m loosing inches.

Question is: Should I chuck the scale out n focus on inch loss?? I dont knw how ill loose 2kgs in 9 days & I dont want to loose weight in a unhealthy way.. Also.. I KNOW.. if m not 62 on 1st Nov.. its going to be demotivating coz dats my FIRST goal!!!!

suggestions anybody??

    i knw a way but its unhealthy :( its a crash diet... but you say u r losing inches then u shouldn't worry.... dats what matters.... people are gonna see YOU not how much you weight on scale.....

    so just think about that :):flowerforyou:

    and yes diwali season can get so out of hand..all the sweets etc etc...... continue with your workouts only :)

    P.S. my first goal was to reach 68.5 by oct 31st...but i stopped losing weight last week as u know n everything got messed up..... but honestly you can give yourself a few more weeks..... may b set a goal 15 days from 1st nov..... :indifferent:

    I knw.. extending my goal date seems a good idea.. but still :(
