Feeling weird.. a party coming up!!!

ok.. So I have been exercising 5-6 days a week since the start of Sep, eating healthy, eating backing ex calories on some days- depending on hunger.. lost 9lbs & quite some inches in my upper body. Everything was fine till this wednesday.. I check my weight every wednesday morning & this week there was no weight loss. ofcourse I feel my body is shrinking so i didn't make a big deal out of it..

Today(thursday), I missed my workout & m going out of town & wont be able to exercise or count cals on sat-sun.. dnno y but m freaked out about putting on weight.. dere is going to be a beach party & I knw m gong to get skunk drunk n hogg.. :( As a matter of fact, come friday evening n my eating n sleeping habit is going for a toss till sun night..

I dont know y m so freaked out..

1) I'll put on weight OR
2) I wont be able to exercise OR
BOTH lol.. I think m going psycho over losing weight :P

    you didn't gain all the weight in a day.........one day doesn't make a difference, enjoy yourself..........
  • Let's see, a beach party sounds like they'll be music, how about dancing? That's exercise, and with a few drinks in you, you might be quite the dancing fool. :happy:
