Exactly 1 hr ago i was wondering- should I? nah.. ill do it tomorrow. ok. let me give it a shot. 30 mins later I had completed,
1) 10-Minute Cardio Kickboxing Workout by Coach Nichole - youtube
2) 20 Minute Workout - Turbo Jam
phewwww!! WOW!!! I am feeling so good. I hope this is a start of a healthy lifestyle for me. 30mins just flew, I didn't even realize & I had completed the workout. of course i went a bit slow at some time & took few sec break here n there but OMG. I am going to do this everyday. I am soooooooooo haaaaapppyyy!!
Last week I started a 4km walk from office to home in the evenings & this week I am starting 30mins of cardio EVERYDAY. And If there is someone I owe this to, its all you lovely MFP members.
You guys ROCK!!!!!
