My husband thinks i'm weird

So i'll try and make this short
I go to the gym daily usually twice a day eat within my calories 98% of the time, i'm steadily losing cm's and slowly losing weight (very slowly.) I've noticed that while i'm going to the gym daily the scale doesn't really change that much, a couple of hundred grams here and there, when i haven't been to the gym for a couple of days due to work the scale drops by a good 1 - 2kg.

I thought this was due to my muscles retaining water and then coming right again on my days spent off the gym, my husband tells me i'm wrong about this and that i'm just set up all weird.
Does anybody else experience this or am i all alone in my weirdness?

No, you are right. Has to do with glycogen stores in your muscles.

People often complain that exercising makes them gain weight, it's the same idea.

it will be tough, but Ignore the scale for a month. Keep working out and eating well.

I overthought everything in the initial 6 months,,now I don't. It's just one less thing to worry about.
