Is the combo weird or does it have any potential to cause upheaval in tummy? :P

I plan to feed (try) my tummy the following, first thing in the morning, an hour before the real breakfast. I am always in a rush & pack my breakfast to eat at work! this, meanwhile can stop my stomach from growling all the way to work :)

1) brown flax seeds (2 tsp)
2) raw honey (1 tbsp)
3) 5 Almonds
4) homemade Yogurt (0.33 cup)

dont care about the cals as this stuff healthy, but never the less, 178 cals.

Grind the flax seeds. Whole flax seeds can't really be digested very well by the human body... they tend to pass right through.
Otherwise, your little combination sounds incredibly delicious :)
I doubt it'll caush you any stomach problems unless you're not used to the fiber from the flax.

    hey thanks :)
  • I like it, I will try it out also :)
  • 178 Cals would mean I can not have much for breakfast :)

The quantity is a little less than half cup & insanely delicious. you can have it as a snack or to eat at breakfast use yogurt made of skimmed milk. substitute nuts with lots of fruits. but yes, first bite of this combo in the morning pepped me up.
