In terms of someone famous, I would have to pick Ryan Reynolds or Hugh Jackman haha. That's where I'd love to be! If it were to be someone from MFP, definitely AZTrailRunner.

American Eagle, Aeropostale, Express, Old Navy, Tilly's, Pac-Sun for casual. Eastbay.com, Sports authority or Fleet-Feet for active wear. Old Navy has some pretty cool new active gear for really cheap too.

Thanks Kimmy :) The C25K is definitely a great program to help get anyone into a running habit! It's worked extremely well for myself, and now running without it, I almost miss it haha. But as long as there is some good music on, its no problem to go as long as my legs will take me before they give up haha. Thank you for…

Great job!! Trying to do anything while sick is a challenge in itself.

Definitely long for me, but, I've seen girls that look great with short, just kind of depends really.

Its most certainly possible. When i first started i felt the same way. I've completed it and it feels great. One thing that helped me was if a week seemed tough, i'd give the first day a shot, if i couldn't do it, my next run day i would go back to the previous week's day 3 and repeat it a couple of times until i just…

As much as I try not to admit it, every time I go running or working out, I find myself thinking about my previous heartbreak and it definitely fuels me far greater than anything else. For many reasons, it initially feels like I'm trying to prove her or everyone else, but I know I'm really proving it to myself.

Maybe give this a shot: http://www.kraftbrands.com/mio/ I've tasted it before, its pretty good. How sweet the water will be is determined by how much you put in.

I've used C25K for a very long time. Absolutely fantastic app. I LOVE it. Even beginner runners can do this program, just be positive and find a comfortable pace! A few years ago when i first got it, i lasted 2 weeks before i fell off my health kick, and did the same thing 3-4 times since now. I've started back up now that…

I too weigh-in once a week. For me, my motivation comes from seeing results. What I see on the scale after a week of work is definitely a huge confidence boost for myself.
