They forced me to eat the crackers and wafer bar before I could leave the area and get back to work. Now I feel that I might as well keep eating the snacks since the wafer woke up the "sleeping sweet tooth" inside my belly. GET IN MY BELLY!!!!

How much cardio should I add to compensate for Olive Garden Never Ending Pasta? Would three 30 minutes sessions do it?

I am with some of the other posters above. I would feed them more, healthy food and if they want snacks in the middle, send them outside to chase something down on their own. They may even bring a piece home and leave it on your doorstep.

It was a training run/ practice lap for a real event on March 30. The real event is the same 13.1 mile lap that I ran but you see how many times you can go around the lap in 12 hours. I am unable to run the real event due to other commitments, but the training lap was AWESOME!

An allergy to a certain food item, does not mean that it is harmful to the average person, just you. I know lots of people that are allergic to peanuts and/or milk, but neither one of those things deserves to be labeled as bad. It is bad for them, but not as a standard. *editted for spelling

Thanks for all replies. I now realize that I can chew all the gun I want as long as I count the calories regardless if I swallow it or not. If I do swallow it, it will stick to my ribs and increase my scale weight making it appear as if I am not losing fat while eating pizza and cheesecake. Much appreciated.

No wonder I have gaiend weight over the past few years since I staretd chewing gum. I thought I was gaining muscle from lifting the pink vinyl covered weights for 18 sets of 50 reps.

What if I am chewing gum while exercising but my exercise is running from bar to bar on St Pattys day and I have a drink/shot at each bar? Is it still a wash?

I agree with some of the posts above. It is not ice cream at all. It even says it on the container that it is "Ice Cream Replacement". It is not bad for a low cal snack on a hot day, but real ice cream is bazillion times better. The price is what keeps me away for the most part. I want to make and freeze a regular protein…
