Its just an example for average person who is not trying to lose weight. You can get the same amount of vitamins eating less calories. My TDEE is 2200-2400. I would not gain if I followed this plan.

For me barbell is way easier on back, I switch to dumbbels only becuase my left arm is sooo much weaker and i need it to catch up

IMO bulking is harder, I love food so I tend do overeat and gain weight, but that has nothing to do with proper bulking. Cuting and bulking is about training and sticking to your calorie goals. Not eating when you are hungry is way easier then eating when you are stuffed --> cuting is easier then bulking

so true, my partenr is 33 and I have to give him a permission so he can leave food on his plate. He knows it's silly, but he can't stop himself from feeling guilty if he leaves anything. I have hard time throwing away leftovers... so they sit in my fridge until they go bad, even if I know nobody will be wanting to eat them

I have terrible headache if I drop my carbs too fast. Fe if i eat 300 grams and then drop to 150, 150 is not low but carb diet, but for me it is too low. I can avoid it by dropping carbs gradually (eating 300 for few days, then 250, then 200 ect)
