  • Well I got down to 219.6 but over the Christmas weekend n the weekend before that there was a lot of drinking n now I'm back up to 221.6 :sad: I feel like screaming at myself why did I let myself go? Better yet why did I give in.....

  • Hi! I just bought it last week and I am on day 4 today. So far I am in love with it! Im not in the best shape either. All you need is some weights and a exercise ball. I weigh in for my other challenge on fridays so thats when my weigh in will be and I will also measure myself too.

  • Sounds good! The holidays are killer for me my family is italian and always cooks way to much food and has way to much to drink! I am gonna try n lose but as long as I maintain Ill be happy.

  • I also knew I was preggo before I had my period. With both kids I just knew I was. I took a preg test the day before my period was due with my son and sure enough I was! I swear the only reason I got preggo with him was because I was losing weight and eating healthy I was down 45lbs and bamb got preggo! lol

  • Oved on to level3 yesterday! NA d today was Day2 felt really good I sctually really like level3 better then 1 or 2! Feeling good and cant wait gonna start round two in about 2 weeks with my sister and brother!
