I use a rehydrator called Nuun for rehydrating after running and it also works wonders for hangovers. It kicks 50% of it or more.

I do SOME CrossFit workouts but they are monitored by my trainer and even tailored so that I'm not injured.. my number one priority. The only real relief I have found is from doing the pigeon pose from yoga, or any other piriformis stretch. I've had trouble with those little guys too! Thanks for your reply!

Hello Dawn :) Not getting sore, especially at the start is uncommon. The gym that you are attending, do they offer personal training? Maybe take a few sessions to get the hang of it and go from there. Good luck!!

Also, I wanted to say that I was VERY uncomfortable in heels and NEVER wore them. Losing 30 lbs put me in 4" heels for HOURS with no issues. Another lovely suprised aside from losing 1/2 a size

Hello!! Yes I did !! I lost 30lbs and a closet full of clothes that used to fit. To my shock, many of my shoes didnt fit as well and I went from a size 8 to a 7 1/2.

I love this question... why.. because I go through the same thing. I didnt lose that much weight, but going from 160 to 127, I am thin. Or am I?
