Peel them, chop them up into pieces, put them in the freezer and someday when you want something sweet you can take them out an make ice cream with them! I just throw the banana, and skim milk into a blender, then sometimes add a T of PB or Chocolate chips and enjoy!

PB2 it tastes pretty close to real PB and is only 45 calories! Its a powder you mix with water. They also have it in chocolate. I buy mine online

I make them with boneless chicken breast cut into strips, then grind up plain fiber one cereal and mix that with egg whites. Roll the chicken in the mixture and bake them. Its really yummy but they are kind of dry so you may need a sauce of some sort

I was shocked by the calories in most salads! I know it all depends what is put on it and what dressing is used, but i never expected 800 cals for a salad

I love them! I usually get morningstar or boca burgers. It sounds weird but I eat them in a bun with salsa and lettuce.... so good!

It's tough, I broke my hips a few years ago and after a few months I started doing punches with weighted gloves, and would lie on my back and do leg lifts etc. But i worked with a physical therapist so i'd def suggest asking your doctor what kinds of things would be okay

I do the 30ds everyday but I dont ever go to the gym. Id say twice a week I go for a hike but other than that nothing. 30ds still kills me haha

I think its a good workout, I get bored really easy using DVD's and since hers is only 20 minutes it has been easy for me to stick with so far. If you get it I suggest muting the TV and using your ipod or something for your own music because like any other DVD it gets annoying to hear the same things for 10 days. But I…
