It is day 8 now... how are everybody's resolutions going so far??? I lost 3 pounds out of 30 so far!!! I also changed to egg beaters and tossed the junk in my cabinets..... What did you do so far?

I have decided to join a gym to help me maintain my goals! What are the rest of you doing??? I also am trying to empty out the cuberts without the boyfriend putting the stuff he likes in there back in HAHA

I got my step counter yesterday so I am wearing it today to see! I am soo excited to fit back into my jeans and starting my gym membership today as well!! WhooHooo!

So I am to up my calorie intake to 1,500? I was always taught the fewer calories the more lost. How can my body think it is starving when I feel full after 1200 calories/day.... but then I did do 1,050 at first and up'd it to 1200 and now I cannot imagine eating that few. So I should up it?

Sorry I never replied to you :-( I ended up only doing it for 2 weeks because I got sick of only protein and did not know what else to eat. I ended up gaining 5 pounds (I was probably doing it all wrong!) I am just going to cut carbs (not completely) and keep to 1200 calories (which is still not really seeing results)

I only got up to 225 but I am proud of myself! I wanted to quit at 100 but took a mini break then back at it!

This is a tuff one... if the restaurants have weight watchers menues I would go by those... also for breakfast I would do egg beaters and fruits... also do not forget to log your food and what you have eaten. If going out to a restaurant tell them not to add oil or any seasonings to your veggies that you would want them…

Hello I am 5' 1 1/2" and I also need support because I am at 149 and also want to get down to 115-120!! Ahhhh need friends and support! I currently have 3 friends on MFP consisting of the boyfriend, boyfriend's brother, and his brother's GF.... but it seems like I need more support than just that since they have lost…
