I stopped cheat day. If I have a cheat meal, I have it early in the day, so my body can break down the carbs. I try to limit my cheat meal to one every eight days.

I cut out breads and get my carbs form green veggies like spinach, broccoli, peas, cucumbers, etc. I eat oat meal every morning, but that the extent of my brown carbs. Has mad a big difference in my energy levels. If I eat bread now it makes me wanna take a nap.

yup. me too. I already know I'm going to have a protein shake after I get home from the gym, what kinda of egg white omelet I'm having for breakfast, and then another oatmeal-protein shake for first lunch. I put those in first thing. Sometimes I also put in my dinner If I'm about to grill my chicken breast for the day.…

maybe work on strengthening your lower back first. If all you're doing is ab it's going to make the sensitive back more sensitive. try doing sets of super mans until your lower back gets stronger.

I'm low every day. I take 4 tlbs spoons of almond butter a day to get me some good fats. I'm so sick of chicken breast that I'm roasting some chicken legs right now. I'm glad I keep the fats low cause it's gonna allow me to eat three of them with no skin....yum...

just checked that baby spinach and chicken salad is 130 calories. I don't any bread, too many calories. I get my carbs from a half cup of oatmeal for my first meal and the rest of my carbs come from green veggies...asparagus, baby spinach, broccoli, cucumbers, bell peppers, etc.

I wouldn't say I eat there a lot, but when i do I get the roasted chicken breast and baby spin ash salad. I add cucumbers, bell peppers, and those light green peppers. I don't add salt just a little oil and vinegar. I try to get them to stuff that thing with green veggies. It's only like 250 calories or something like that.

thanks, guys. I recalculated my BMI and it puts me at 175. it still sounds kinda light, but I'm resetting my goal. I'll monitor my body fat percentage and once I reach 10% I'll maintain.
