  • Could be wheat. Check out Wheat Belly book and web site. It's in a lot of food products. I have cut out and feel so much better.
  • Read Wheat Belly. It may be that you are not intolerant of gluten specifically but to wheat overall and the many many products which include it. This book has been an eye opener for me. I cut wheat and am no longer bloated and my sugar cravings are gone. In fact my appetite is really under control. Check out the website…
  • I'm in. SW: 151lb GW: 136 Started in the same place last year & lost 9lb & have put it all back since August when damaged knee & stopped exercising & started eating. I'm 5ft 1 & struggle to lose 1lb per week even with exercising & eating clean. Think I may need to lower my cal intake but not yet. Have eaten ok over…
  • Hi Nicola I started last Thursday after being on MFP properly since 1st Jan. I've worked out real hard and religiously logged food & drunk water but got stuck after losing 8lb. Have now lost 2lb since starting Rosemary Conley (less than a week so far) and am excited. However, I have had flu so been on sofa since. Don't…
  • Thank you so much for sharing. My scales have not budged for 3 weeks:( but my clothes are looser and my body tighter tx to weights. I've not really done them properly though. Have only reviewed NRLFW but after seeing your picsI am going to buy. Well done. You look so healthy.
  • I'm always amazed at how much some people can eat and still lose weight. I'm only 5ft 1 and have desk job so only get exercise when I go to the gym, power walking etc - which I do regularly. I eat a very healthy diet, lots of veg, proteins etc but of course have other stuff like a shot of brandy (my little treat) or a bit…
  • Tx. Praying for this.
  • Thanks everyone. Going to keep power. Walking, eating clean, drinking water, strength training. This fat has got to go. I'm in charge of this body and the sun is coming out soon. Just wanna be able to wear normal jeans and tshirt instead of sack. Tx again pals.
  • Me too. Started same time as you and have lost same and nos stuck. WTF?
  • I'm with you! Sending you a friend request. I've been working out by power walking outdoors and at gym sharpen its too dark or cold. Have been adding more weight training each time but reading that weights really makes diff. Have seen results already from what done, now want to ramp it up.
  • Lost nothing this week, but 8lb since 1st Jan. body is tighter and smaller. I'm happy. Now to move another 8lb by 30th March for big function! Seen a cute red dress in a magazine that I want to wear, sparkly with shoestring straps. If, no, when I make it I'm gonna post pic.
  • 20lb. That's amazing. Well done. Bring on next month! You can really see the difference.
  • I'm in. I had target of 10,000 per day at start of Jan but was demotivated when couldnt achieve it, switched to 5,000 the next week and am up to 46,000 today, average of 7,600 per day. Oh yeh! Sooooo, I will join in with a target of 7,000 this week rising by 1,000 per week till manage 10,000. Problem is that mornings in UK…

Trying to get up and get out for power walk. It's a beautiful morning and I need to get a grip and be grateful for my life. Yeah, that's what I like, my…
  • I'm 5ft 1 and 156lbs. HEAVIEST EVER. My GW is 125lbs which I haven't been for years but I am 50 in October and absolutely determined to get to target by then and stay there for ever. • Some stupid Burke said I look like Whoopi Goldberg. I think this is the only black actress he knew name of (was in deepest Devon). Nothing against Whoopi - she's great, but check my pic!
  • You're amazing. 32lbs lost! I am 156Lbs having regained the hard lost 7lbs I lost a year ago. I'm restarting from1st Jan, and, with the help from my MFP pals am determined to lose 25 lbs in 25 weeks. I've been stcuk before then given up and the weight crept back on. Don't quit. You'll only get fatter. Persevere.
  • Get some electronic scales and use them. When I stop weighing myself I go into denial and pick up the Lycra leggings and track suits and pretend (to myself) that I haven't put on weight. Measuring yourself is also meant to be good but I just use my jeans for that. I have a stack of jeans in sizes from 10 to 14 - NONE OF…
