Weight Training Females

I am doing a specific program and would like someone to do it with me! I’d love to keep tabs on one another and make sure we are doing it! Kind of encourage each other, etc!! So this is the program I am doing! It’s lifting heavy and some cardio :)

Monday: Weight Training
Tuesday: Weight Training
Wednesday: Stubborn Fat Cardio
Thursday: Weight Training
Friday: Weight Training
Saturday: Stubborn Fat Cardio
Sunday: OFF

Weeks 1-4

Stubborn Fat Cardio-
15 seconds all out followed by 45 seconds of low-intensity cardio
Repeat 10-15 times.
15-30 minutes of low-intensity cardio

Anyone want to join me?

    I'm with you! Sending you a friend request. I've been working out by power walking outdoors and at gym sharpen its too dark or cold. Have been adding more weight training each time but reading that weights really makes diff. Have seen results already from what done, now want to ramp it up.
