It always has to me, if I eat after 6, I gain it. I don't eat after 5 though unless I have to..

I eat about 300 under for the most part, and on a regular day burn 350 calories or so with my exercise. And yes, I still see results.

I never eat after 5, and if I do, I gain the weight.

I don't eat my exercise calories, EVER. Hahah, and I eat a little under my count, its hard for me to get it all in and I lose weight just fine.

Make yourself drink one when you wake up, after breakfast, around lunch, dinner, and two after a workout and one before bed. If you make it your only drink, its much easiar.

Try uping the speed a little, and walk 30 minutes more.

Your supposed to get a minimum of 25 if your a woman and more if your a man, so no its not bad. When I came on, they set mine really low, so I changed it.

For chocolate, the atkins endulge bars kind of satisfy, they aren;t high in sugar/calories/fat/ etc. Try it! :)

My normal breakfast is SO filling, and so yummy. And about 250? Weight Watchers Bagel- 150 Calorie 2 tbsn- fat free philidalphia cream cheese- 30 calorie Ralphs Lite Yoguurt or Carbmaster- 80 Calorie 1/4 cup kashi go lean crunch in yogurt- 50 Calorie And sometimes I'll add strawberrys, mmm!
