Just stick with it and it will happen. Don't get discouraged when the numbers start to slow down. Remember to track your measurements as well. ETA: 5'4" here! Taken at the end of Nov. im the one in blue :wink: Current Weight is 152 with a goal of 135-140.

I Would recommend checking into the couch 2 5k program. Couldn't hype it enough. I have asthma and never though I could run but this program made it possible. Just keep at it and remember your head will try to give up before your legs do. Push through it and you will succeed!

I dice my fruit up and throw em in the oatmeal :) I also add a half tablespoon of organic coconut oil. I eat this every damn morning. Love it! :love:

Super glad the end is near. I loved month one but month two is taking its toll on me. I feel drained. Looking forward to switching it up but I think I might do another round of just month one.
