How do you log zumba sans HRM? I thought there was a "hip hop dance" in the database at one point but now can't find it.

    You can google the calories burnt :) MFP doesn't have it in their database, afaik.

    Aerobic - High Impact. It's probably a tad lower than wham zumba calculators estimate but ill stick on the conservative side.
