Awwww yeaaaah! Awesome job! Im 5'4 as well and looked almost identical to you at 194 lbs (im now 168) so im super pumped to have a visual of what I might look like at my goal of 140 and girl you're looking damn good!

I've been giving this some thought and I think im going to try TurboFire (kickboxing) or something of that caliber. This summer I plan on finding a gym to start some heavy lifting but for now ill keep on with the videos :) EDIT: If anyone knows some good at home Kickboxing Videos, suggestions are appreciated :wink:

I Vote for go to maintenance and continue your lifting and half training, but ease into the calorie upping. Lifting will do lovely things to your body (not that you need it, you look damn good now). I have Reebok Realflex and while I love the shoes for zumba and everyday walking I dont care for them for this type of exercise. But to be totally honest ive been doing insanity barefoot. Seems like no mater what shoes I try my feet or ankles get sore. Havnt had issues with barefoot :)

LOL i was doing my insanity (cardio recovery) and was in a downward facing dog... and my dog walked in the room stopped right next to me and fricken did a downward facing dog stretch herself... it was too much! I busted a gut and lost the pose :)

Its water weight :) Anytime you start a new program its normal for weight to stay the same or go up in the first few weeks. Im in the same boat but im ok with this. Im currently doing insanity and I live on the second floor of an apartment building. There is definitely some jumping involved so I try to land softly and I work out without shoes on lol. I don't have a heart rate monitor but damn if it doesn't kick your butt.
