I do 2 cups of Spinach, 1 frozen banana, 1 pear, 1 cup almond milk blend up and drink up.

A frozen banana will make any choice DELICIOUS!!! i also use a tablespoon of peanut butter sometimes. I add two cups of spinach to mine as well to get those veggies in.

I'm on day five. I haven't lost any weight but I notice that my clothes fit looser and my endurance is getting better and better. I'm not as sore as I was. I do drink soy milk after every work out.

I wondered the same thing. I didn't lose any weight with the new system. I was eating too much by not counting the fruits and veggies.

I was doing weight watchers and I pretty much was averaging 1200-1300 cals a day. I would rather log it here for free and get the free support from the privacy of my own home vs sitting in a room with strangers and paying loads of cash. JMO

I usually cut up some boneless skinless chicken breasts and cook in the skillet with some Pam or olive oil. Some days I add Green peppers and onions like a fajita and put it on a wheat pita or serve it over brown rice. It's so much you can do with chicken breast and it's not that expensive.

Mine was like that but the more I lose weight it tightens up, especially with exercise.

Diet pills are bad news! Once you get used to eating smaller portions, your body get used to it. IMO

I'm new to the site as well. I would like to lose about 45lbs. I was using Loseit.com and found it to be inaccurate. Myfitnesspal is so much better!
