My mother told me once that I looked like I had an abortion after a significant weight loss. She emphasized how unfit I looked being slimmer and how I had no butt, etcetera etcetera. Moms could be the worst critics ever.

This is awesome! I am a Nike+ user. I've been very active since June. Earndit will be another reinforcement and motivator for me. Looking forward to following you on Earndit. Thanks very much!

Of course, you need to. And no, there are no free calories. Anything edible you put in your mouth should be logged in. :)

Whenever I am hungry, I eat 10 to 20 pieces of chilled grapes and I forget about the surge of hunger for another hour or two. I also put some in a snack portion-sized bag when I go for a run. That's what works for me. I feel fuller with chilled grapes than any other fruit. :) Good luck on your weight loss journey.

In response to your 2nd question, I would suggest doing weight training, massage and moisturize with lotion or cocoa & shea butters. Wait for some months, maybe even years for your skin to shrink. Also you might consider consulting a dermatologist.

Woohoo! That was so fantastic! Thumbs up!

Last Wednesday, I jogged 7 miles then Thursday, ate at Applebee's with dessert. I felt bad after eating out just because I didn't want to cook dinner. Tonight, I redeemed myself by running 8 miles on the treadmill. It felt so good, I didn't want to stop.
