I recommend measuring yourself. You can actually get smaller even though you haven't lost weight the way you think you should have. Muscles take up less space than fat and you can be smaller at the same weight. It made me feel a lot better about my situation when I measured.

My sister is about my height, same parents, I'm six years older. She will wear the same clothes and be 20 lbs heavier and our shapes are not that different. I was born in the girls take home ec generation and she did a lot of sports in school. Other than that, I'm like you. No clue. Size 14, 157.

If you are exercising a lot you could be adding muscle which is heavier than fat. Measure youself. Don't be discouraged. When you do the right things you WILL be rewarded. Be patient with yourself.

On top of living where it is cold, I live out in the country so I don't want to drive into town to go to the gym. I have been taping shows on my DVR and then working out to Denise Austin or Gilad. As soon as we get a nice day, I head out. Good luck.

I have been taping some stuff on my DVR so I can try them before buying. Only drawback is you have to fast forward past the commercials. I tried Gilad and Denise Austin. Both were good.

Think up a reward to give yourself if you stick to your plan. Do Not Eat anything you don't want to eat. In other words, don't give in to pressure to eat to please others. Only you have to live with the results. Best wishes to you.

You probably broke even and didn't lose or gain. I always console myself that if I hadn't begun this journey I would still be gaining.

Please measure besides just weighing. I've been stalled with weight loss but when I measured, low and behold, I had lost inches. Muscles take up less space than fat. Do you clothes feel looser? Good luck on your health journey.

I drink Celestial Seasonings tea, no calories, nothing in it up flavoring and I count it as water.

I had them from caffeine withdrawal. I'd try tracking to see if there is a relationship between what you are eating or what is happening in your life. For an allergy problem you would probably need to see a dr. Good luck to you.

You certainly have my sympathy. I take over the counter Estroven. I took hormones for years because I couldn't get any rest because of the hot flashes. You might also have your thyroid checked because 4.4 is a big increase. Good luck and hang in there.

I definitely recommend that you measure because the tape won't lie. When I hadn't lost much, the smaller measurements were a reassurance to me. Plus you are healthier and that is extremely important. Hang in there.
