ladies, how much did you weight at...

a size 14?

my mom was giving me some of her old clothes recently (she's lost some weight too), and they were size 14's. i asked her how much she weighed when she wore them, and she said around 160 or a little less. i was like... :noway: !!!

because i can where them all and i'm just over 190. and we're about the same height - 5'6-ish.

i'm so discombobulated...

    My body make up is fairly different =)... at 170.4, i am 5'4 pounds my starting weight I work a 14. Mine you I am all boobs, butt and gutt...lol... well I was =) ... a co-worker of mine who is 5'3 wore maternity clothes at 160... and another friend of mine who is 5'7 200 pounds wears a 14... so just goes to show you!

    I'm about 5"4", and i was in a 14 at about 185 lbs. I'm currently 160 and in a size 8.

    Its going to depend on your body and how things do fit you. I wear mostly size 16-18 clothes and I am a little over 200lbs.

    I'm 5'6" 199 pounds and wear a snug 14. Remember, all jeans are different though.

    When I was 190 and Im 5'5 i wore a 14 I carry my weight in belly & boobs!!!Im 165 now & wear a 10...but it also depends on who the clothes is from & these days everyone makes jeans with some stretch in them!!Thank Goodness!!lol:laugh:

    Size 14, I was around 145 pounds. Since everybody's body is made up somewhat differently, comparing is kind of useless....

    My sister is about my height, same parents, I'm six years older. She will wear the same clothes and be 20 lbs heavier and our shapes are not that different. I was born in the girls take home ec generation and she did a lot of sports in school. Other than that, I'm like you. No clue. Size 14, 157.

    I'm between 5'8" and 5'9", and at size 14 I'm between 175 and 195 pounds. I carry most of my weight in my stomach and hips.

    I'm 5'7" and when I was a size 14 I weighed about 180 but at 165 I was a size 10

    I was around 185lbs, but I am 5'10. Takes me about 20lbs to drop a size. Right now I am around 202-205lbs and I wear a 16.

    I can't tell you the last time I wore a 14, let alone the weight I was!! LOL

    I can tell you that I'm 5'10 and 228 and I where a 16 though :)

    it just depends on the body. My friend wears almost 2 sizes smaller than me and I weigh about 15 less pounds. She is however a couple of inches taller though.

    Currently 14's are a little loose but not yet a 12 and I weigh 182 at 5'5".

    A contestant on Biggest Loser was weighing in at 181 and wore a size 8. If I remember correctly she was 5'9".

    I'm 5'4 and in 14s at 185. Just dropping 7 pounds I can fit into some 12s. EveryBODY is different!

    I am 5'5" and at 175 I was wearing a 14. I do have PCOS and IR..so lots of weight around my waist....

    I was like 205 when I wore a size 14, it always amazed people I weighed that much and wore that size. I guess I have heavy bones? lol I don't know really. I am sure at 160 you would be like a size 8

    It also depends on if the person wears their clothing too tightly, loosely, or fitting.

    I started at 190, wearing 14's (and they were tight)...I still wear a few at 169, but they're loose. So, part of it depends on the cut of the pants.

    I'm also 5'6"

    This definitely depends on how you are shaped. I am 5'7 and weigh 142. I wear size 10 jeans! (Most of my dress pants are size 8.) I hear girls at work that are my height and weight talk about wearing size 4 or 6! How is that possible?

    Well i weigh 164lbs and I wear a 12/10 lol so you cant go by clothes sizes what so ever!! x

    It also depends on the brand of the clothing. They are VERY inconsistant with their sizing.

    I never quite got to a size 14. I was size 12 at my highest weight, 166 (I'm 5'3").
