I overpronate also when I run so I bought stability shoes and also replaced the insoles with inserts to help my arches.

I recently started hip hop abs and going to zumba. I've never been able to dance so I'm sure I look goofy but I really like it. I did p90x in the past and got bored with it. Now that it's warming up I'm starting to run again.

Parfaits, grilled chicken wraps (picante sauce instead of ranch), do they still have fruit salads? Grilled chicken sandwich w/BBQ sauce. These were my main meals when I worked there.

I fell off 3 months ago and found 10 lbs I had lost :(. But I'm back and your back so we are now back on the wagon. We can do this. One meal at a time

Go take a tour. I walked in and asked for one and they had no problem with it. They said most of their clients are first time gym members. Didn't have a huge section of free weights but did have different weight machines along with all the cardio stuff and a 30 minute circuit area, ab area, etc. you can look up deals on…

Nov and Dec = bad. I finally exercised today and logged my food. Probably need to adjust my weight soon but really not ready to see what the past 2+ months have done.

I don't know but am totally jealous. The only time I came close to that was when I was feeling "sprite" and did plyo and kenpo back to back
