hello all, returning to MFP after a long hiatus and hoping to loose 30-40 lbs. Mom of 3-18, 16, and 12. I started T25 a few days ago along with logging my food.

hello, Im a soon to be 40 year old. my weight hasnt moved much in a long time. Im hoping with focusing more on my diet that will change. I love crossfit and look forward to my workouts. I have more energy now then I did 10 yrs ago which I think is due to exersising.

If you want to try it out they usually have a free week trial. I use the north location it is much smaller then the other ones but I like it. I'm usually there at 9 every morning.

Be honest when you log your food. Log it before you put it in your mouth. So much harder to binge with the numbers staring at you. Ex. I wanted Oreos, I logged it first, because of this I didn't eat nearly as many as I could have.

I had to loosen my laces and also started lacing them so the laces don't cross over on the 2nd and 3rd ( from the bottom) holes because my feet would swell so much

I have the same issue, I cannot take a generic, I have tried, many times. Dr said sometimes people's body's react differently to different ingredients in meds so I get to pay over $76, for a 90 day supply.

Click the add exercise under the cardio category when logging it. Then put in hip hop abs fat burning cardio (or whichever DVD you did), time would be 30 min, calories burned, you would need a hrm to find out. I burn just over 200.

I change my shirt at least 3 times every morning! I lost about 20lbs last yr and of course, got lazy and gained it all back. Will send friend request

Good shoes, ice after, if you ran on pavement try running in the grass, it's softer so less impact on your shins. After a week or two it should feel better.
