As each persons cal burn would be diferent depending on height/weight, how does this compare with the figure that MFP says it'd be for you if you logged it as circuit training? I'm interested to know if theres much difference... thanx

Most peeps log it as circuit training but I log mine as aerobics general, as I like to underestimate the cals burnt on MFP just in case theyre not right as I eat all my exercise cals back and dont want to overeat uneccessarily. HI, I'm sure others will offer great suggestions too, but I found that most of the 4" I have lost from my waistline in the last 2 months was mostly by doing Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred DVD!! it serious tones you up if you stick at it. Give it a go, you'll be amazed! x

I'd like a definitive answer on this too. I log my 30DS as 'Aerobics, general' ... it'sless calories used than 'circuit training' but I'd rather under-estimate than over-estimate how many calories I've actually burned.
