I am unable to figure out how to log 30DS for my exercises as far as cardio or strength? Seems its both, and as far as calories?
Thanks :)

I usually logged mine as circuit training under cardio. Not sure if it was correct or not but I did it anyway. lol

I log mine as circuit training too...because I did see others say that on here and because it says in the dvd that's what it is!!

Since I use a HRM I've set up 30DS under My Exercises and log it like that.

I bought a heart rate monitor. It's the best way to get the most accurate count in all exercising you do! Awesome investment!!!! Usually I would burn about 220 cals doing 30DS when I first started it. Depends on your intensity level and what sort of shape you are currently in.
  • I'd like a definitive answer on this too.

I log my 30DS as 'Aerobics, general' ... it'sless calories used than 'circuit training' but I'd rather under-estimate than over-estimate how many calories I've actually burned.
