In my Zumba Class I burn anywhere from 800-1000 cals in an hour (that's with and HRM) I have never tried the videos, so I don't know how intense they are.

In my Zumba class my HRM says I burn any where form 800-1000 calories an hour.

It's a Latin-inspired dance-fitness program. I take zumba classes 4 times a week and I love it! I wear a HRM and burn anywhere from 800-1000 calories an hour,.

I do it and my class is awesome. I typically burn anywhere from 900 to 1000 calories an hour. The people in my class are anywhere from 18-50 years old... And some of those "old" women can really work it out!
