I'm hoping my body shape will change as well. I plugged in my photos from 60 lbs ago and took it down the 60 lbs and looks WAY different now than what the site "predicted". But, it's still fun to play with :)

Hello all you lovely people!!! I'm a week behind, and still healing. Still get some pretty bad headaches, but going to get back to the gym tomorrow and take it easy. I'm glad to see that everyone else has made some awesome progress!!!!

Grrr....was up and at the gym by 5 am, and the morning person no-showed. Waited around for 20 min and came home. Unfortunately I don't have a scale at home yet, so will use my last weigh in from Sunday as my start. Plus, I'm getting 3 wisdom teeth out after work today, so may not feel up to going to the gym tonight or…

Who's ready for tomorrow?!?! My typical gym schedule is 3 days on and 1 day off: 1 mile warm up on the elliptical or treadmill 15-20 min weights Day 1: Chest/Shoulders/Abs Day 2: Legs Day 3: Biceps/Triceps/Back/Abs 20 min on the bike- typically 5-7 miles Wish me luck for actually getting up at 5 am to get to the gym!

Even though my gym is not 24/7....I was able to join for only $10 a month, and my company will pay up to $20 a month if we go 12 times. Turns into a pretty sweet deal!!! Before I bought Quicken Basic (like $30) I made my own in excel. I use excel quite a bit at work, and love formulas and pivot tables. I made a column for check number, vendor, debit, credit, type of purchase (dining, grocery, gas....). There was a tab for cash, checking, credit.

I personally do not think bringing your own food would be rude. You have to do what is best for you. No one would even question your intentions if you had food allergies, why should they if you are being conscious about what you eat? Hope this helps!
