I think my thyroid medication is off because I look at food and I've gained 10lbs. Its very depressing. :-(

I have this same problem. I measure out my dressing today and I had about 4 tablespoons. It was ridiculous and I know I need to find something healthier and not so much of it.

I bought the Jillian dvd on amazon, just the digital copy and it was 4.95. Great deal and I didn't need the dvd.

Any advice on how to cut out snacks? I guess I shouldn't buy them maybe. That seems to be my biggest downfall and i haven't been getting in my water. :-(

I can't seem to get rid of the snacks. I feel like snacking all the time especially when im sick. I'm gonna try to get some soup in today with vegetables and then maybe a salad for dinner.

I was diagnosed with Hasimotos last September and I had my thyroid removed this past May due to goiters. It is harder to lose weight but stick with it and you can do it!
