Conundrum with my diet

I'm 5' 2'' and as of today, I weigh 141 lbs. When I started my new lifestyle changes, I weighed 150 lbs... I can't seem to lose anymore weigh since then. I have hit a plateau. I lowered my caloric intake from 1400 to 1250. I drink 10-15 oz of water a day - I've always have. I also eat sensibly. I workout between 40-60 minutes six times a week. I run, jog, lift weight and all the things that can get my heart pumping harder. Do I have to change something?

you may not be eating enough.0

Agreed. If you are working out that much, make sure that you're eating back your calories. I would also suggest upping your calories to see if that knocks you off that plateau.0

You should have a total of 8 8oz glasses of water a day, so 64oz. Drink more water!0

The best way to bust through a plateau is to increase your calories to a maintenance level for week or so.

Yes, you may need to change up your nutrition and change your pattern in working out...body has decided to maintain..because its having the same thing over and over..depending on the day and what you workout..may need more calories or may need less..so, try and eat your exercise calories back...as your body may be in starvation mode as well.. see below..

Ooops, I meant 10-15 glasses of water... not ounces. I apologize!!!!!!!:blushing:0 -
I guess that I have to increase my caloric intake. I change my exercise routine bi-weekly. Let's see how this week goes. Thank you for all the wonderful suggestions. Have a good day and rest of the week.0
