  • Not an expert here, but it sounds like you may just be plateauing. I would yes, be patient, but also add in some cardio since your goal is to lose a few more pounds. Just don't overtrain.   • As people mentioned above, I also cannot and will not give up coffee! I use Florida Crystals Organic Cane (tastes just like the "real" sugar) and regular Hood 1/2 and 1/2.   • Love the 30ds! My main workout at the moment is her 6w6p but I try to squeeze in 2 levels of the 30ds along with my 6w6p! Yesterday I did all 3 levels and was Absolutely feeling it! I've seen some people get fantastic results with this video so keep up the great work!

  • I aim to workout 7 days a week. I do Jillian Michaels DVD. I try to do her 6 week 6 pack (30min) every day & then I add either her 30 day shred (20 min) or no more trouble zones (40min) or all of them on a crazy good day. I also play Just Dance 2/3 a few days a week =)
