weight loss too fast?

Hi all,
I recently started lowering my carbs, and I am nervous that I am losing too fast. Since I am still nursing my 2nd child, I don't want to go super low carb, but even eating 80g of carbs a day I am losing fast. I've lost 10 lbs in 10 days. Don't get me wrong, I like the numbers, but i am worried about side effects to my metabolism. I have just counted calories before and was able to slowly lose a lb a week or so. But I was always hungry, so I thought i would try this. Anyone else do the low-carb thing? how does it impact your metabolism?

    I have never tried lowering my carbs that low, but I definitely would be careful, especially since you are nursing! 10lbs in 10 days is not safe and those pounds will likely come back really quickly as soon as you up your intake again. Are you drinking a ton of water? Maybe some of that loss is water weight? Still I would be careful, how many calories are you eating a day? Feel free to add/message me.
