You look great. I am curious, how difficult is P90X by the way? I have some physical limitations with nerve issues in my spine and was curious if one could do a toned down version. What are your thoughts on this?

Ditto from me. It took a long time to get heavy and it is sometimes difficult, in this age of wanting everything to happen yesterday, to remember it can also take a long time to lose as well. Thanks for your inspirational, time honored posting!

Hello and welcome to MFP. Many are swearing by it. I am somewhat new also and live in MI in the states. Hoping to visit Scotland someday as my husband's heritage is from there. Only been to Ireland once and it was a blast. Sounds like you have done well on your own, find the major benefit to this site is being aware of my…

I am pretty new here myself. A friend of mine lost over 60 lbs. I figured I would give it a try as well since nothing else has worked for me. (I have a hard time sticking to anything for a long period of time). I am 44, 45 in January and need to lose over 100 pounds. So, if you are interested, add me as a friend and we can…

I know I am late to the party, but could I possibly join this challenge? I am new to MFP and am looking for a group that is friendly and actually "open" as opposed to closed. Please let me know and if the answer is yes, what I need to do. Thanks, Jamie

Congratulations...I am looking forward to a day like that as well. Right now I would settle for just fitting into all the 2X I own.

Celebrate. I haven't been there since 2001...looking for a one way ticket too. Great job!

Your story is inspirational. Thank you for sharing.

Awesome job and congratulations for sticking in there. I hate running too.

Big and NOTICEABLE difference.

I think it is good for some things, like keeping up to date with relatives and such. I do get tired of reading what someone is doing every minute of the day or who feels what about which political issue, which is why I have never been on Twitter. On top of that, many don't think about what they're posting. Indicating you…

The pictures REALLY show your results, great job!

You are an inspiration...great job!

Keep up the good work. I just started today myself. It still amazes me when you track your food, how easy it is to fool yourself you aren't eating that much when you really are!

You look amazing and are inspiring to us newbies. Your cat is very cute!

I agree with everyone. I do not know what PCOS is but I have had health issues the last 3 years and it has taken its toll on myself and my family. I was never the "skinny" one but wasn't "huge" until I started gaining weight after my second son was born, almost 10 years ago. I still don't feel like the person I see in the…

What is your secret, are you just tracking?
