The 30DS success stories I read here kept me motivated along the way so I thought I would post mine too!
I started the 30 Day Shred workout on 5th September and did the last session today. I didn't do any other exercise except for a 30 minutes walk 5 days a week.
I wasn't doing any exercise before. Nothing at all. I was at a healthy weight but pretty much all fat and no muscles! Following Jillian, Natalie and Anita was very hard in the beginning... Even on the last day, I was still doing modified versions! It was a great work-out and the results are definitely worth it. The only thing I didn't like was the lack of variety. Next month, I'll try to mix different programs like Ripped in 30, NMTZ, Lesli Sansone, Zumba... to avoid boredom.
Now, the interesting part: numbers!
SW: 140 lbs (63.4 kg) - CW: 133.5 lbs (60.5 kg)
- 6.5 lbs/- 2.9 kg
Arms: 12" - 11.75" (-0.25")
Waist: 33" - 29.75" (-3.25")
Lower belly (love handles): 37" - 35" (-2")
Hips: 38.5" - 37.5" (-1")
Thighs: 24" - 23.25" (-0.75")
Total loss: -7.25"

I was probably a bit bloated in the beginning (I started 30DS just after joining MFP). But I went back two holes on my belt!0 -

:noway: Your results are outstanding & such wonderful motivation for me. I just started the 30DS, just 4 days ago. I wanted to give it a try considering I am now looking for a new trainer @ my local gym. I also do Zumba 3 days a week, plus I also try to stay active. Maybe I will have about the same results you have gotten from the program. AWESOME JOB!!!0
