I just completed a 3-day cleanse and I feel great. I also cleaned out my fridge and cabinets of all foolishness. Fruites, Veggies, Fish and Chicken and brown rice and yams for my carbs. Hi All - I had an AWESOME week last week. I did some serious training and major running. I also did the NYC AIDS walk yesterday and we powerwalked 6 miles. It was great! Anyway - I burned 4542 calories and feel absolutely wonderful. I hope everyone else had a successful week as well.

10 pushups done - didn't think I could do it, but I surprised myself and actually did another 5! snacks today - 1/2 cup of blueberries for my moring snack and a pure protein shake for my afternoon snack immediately after my workout!

I agree with Jennifer, I just Insanity and my colleague got P90X. I want to build stamina and endurance so I'm starting with Insanity; he is going to start with P90X. After we complete the 60 Day program, we'll switch. So psyched. Let's get insane with Insanity!!!! (so corny...right :laugh:)
